UVH Netherlands
The Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH) are the terms under which hospitality businesses based in the Netherlands provide their services and enter into agreements, such as:
hotels, restaurants, cafés, related businesses such as catering companies and party service providers. The conditions govern matters such as liability, payment, cancellation policies, and similar issues. The UVH are filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague. The current terms date from 1998, with all amounts being changed from guilders to euros in 2002.
