Welcome at the beach club
It was a beautiful summer day when our company’s team gathered for an unforgettable team-building event on the stunning Scheveningen beach. The management had decided to take the team-building to the next level, with a program full of original and active activities.
Short presentation from the director
The director gave a brief presentation with a large screen about last year’s numbers and the new goals. He also gave a short thank-you speech, acknowledging everyone’s efforts and giving special recognition to a few colleagues who were retiring.
Enthusiastic facilitators
Upon arrival, the employees were warmly welcomed by enthusiastic facilitators, who immediately created an energetic atmosphere. The beach had been transformed into a playground full of challenging tasks and team challenges.
Accessible activities
The day began with an exciting "Expedition Robinson" on the beach. The teams were divided and tasked with working together to overcome various obstacles. From building a joint catapult to starting a fire, the employees were tested in terms of teamwork and communication.
Lunch for all dietary preferences
After an intense morning, it was time for a well-deserved break. The event venue, Beach Club Copacabana, provided an extensive lunch buffet with fresh juices.
Afternoon activities
After lunch, more challenging activities were on the schedule. “Who is the Jellyfish?” was a fun twist on the famous game, where teams had to guess who the ‘Mole’ was through creative tasks and hints.
Beach BBQ and beach drinks
The beach venue provided an extensive barbecue with delicious dishes and refreshing drinks. The sound of the waves in the background and the soft sand under their feet created a relaxed atmosphere.
Winners' trophy
The day ended with a festive reception on the beach. While enjoying snacks and drinks, the winners were announced and received an impressive trophy. The laughter and positive energy on the beach were proof of a successful team-building day, which not only strengthened the bonds between colleagues but also created unforgettable memories.
